Terms of Sales

By entering your information into this webpage you agree to have one of our Lazy Lizard representatives contact you directly. Your information will remain confidential to Mowana Sailing and will not be sold or given to a third party. Your data may be used to contact you after your tour to ensure client satisfaction. You may remove your consent at any time by emailing mowanasailing.com

Refunds for shared tours are only available up to 24 hours before the tour start date or confirmed pickup up time to your accommodations. After 24 hours no refunds will be granted. Refunds for private tours are only available up to 7 calendar days prior to the tour date. Canceling anytime after 7 days prior will result in full forfeiture of any amounts paid. We have found this policy necessary so that we have enough remaining time to make canceled spaces available to others. No refund will be granted for a “no-show”. All refunds must be requested in writing and received by our office outside of the 24 hour or 7 day period (shared or private tour). Please note we do not cancel our sailing for rain and no refunds will be given for weather conditions unless it is unsafe to sail.
